To know what you're signing up for, here is the 2026 lineup (Sept to Dec).
September: The Routes & Rhythms of Behavior JourneysHow do you design a behavior journey when the steps are cyclical instead of linear? How can journeys be updated and revised after they've been used for some time? This mini-workshop will help us design sharper behavior journeys that reflect implementation realities.

October: A Club Convo About StorytellingClub feedback from the January 2026 survey asked me to include more conversational webinars in the rotation, where I hold a casual conversation with a guest (similar to a podcast format). For this Club Convo, I'm inviting someone who focuses on storytelling for social impact to discuss when and how this communication format should come into play.

November: Book Club #2, Switch by Chip and Dan Heath
Thank you to the Club member who suggested this book! It's a favorite of mine and a great fit for our second book club of the year. I'll walk us through the key ideas, and we'll brainstorm together how to apply them to our own work.
December: This or That Game Event!A few years ago, I wrote one of my favorite blog series: This or That, the Motivators Edition. For the final event of the year, I'm turning this into a game for us to play together (yes, I'm still trying to live out my game show host dreams!)
